VSSE
At VSSE (Veiligheid van de Staat/Sûreté de l’Etat) you would contribute to establishing a new intelligence platform (Secure Intelligence Platform of Data Collection and Processing) to the standard of the European intelligence service. This intelligence platform must allow the collection, integration, and use of all data to support the mission of VSSE. It must facilitate data exchange in a secure way with its partners. Traceability and security are key aspects of this platform due to the confidential nature of the data it handles. A specific challenge is to offer a consolidated and helicopter view of the data and situation based on a broad dataset (with varying data quality and characteristics).
As a functional analyst, you would end up in an IT team that consists of Functional analysts, front-end and back-end developers.
